Jasper Post Office retail services set to resume on Thursday, August 29

The Jasper Post Office will be open for reduced hours at the retail counter on Thursday, August 29 and Friday, August 30. For these two days, retail services will be open from 10 am to 4 pm.  

Starting Tuesday, September 3, the post office will resume regular operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. A service notice will be posted on the door.

While wildfires have affected postal service in Jasper, our local operations and post office teams have been working on contingency plans to serve residents of Jasper and keep them connected.

The postal box lobby is currently open for customers to retrieve their mail.

The Jasper team continues to work on clearing the backlog as soon as possible, starting with newly arrived mail.

Customers who signed up for the free mail forwarding service will continue to receive their mail at the address they indicated. They can cancel the service at any time.
