How to purchase Hold Mail

You can order Hold Mail online with a Canadian credit card and valid email address. You will need a Canada Post account to purchase a service.

1. Sign in to your Canada Post account or sign up
2. Enter your address and identification information
    
3. Choose the length of service
4. Pay with your credit card

You must purchase the service at the post office at least 3 business days in advance.

1. Fill out an order form at home to save time at the post office.
2. Visit your nearest post office. 
     
3. Show your valid government-issued photo ID and pay. If this piece of ID does not show the address where you want to hold mail, you must also show proof that you live at that address.
